Your Role
The identified candidate will perform, but not be limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of purchasing transactions in accordance with the established service level agreement (SLA).
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other teams in English and Japanese.
- Understand customer requirements and provide service that supports their needs.
- Work with vendor companies and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Prioritize work effectively through sound planning and time management.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the team through the quality and timeliness of services and information provided.
Who You Are
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Professional proficiency in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented, with a good understanding of the work and customer requirements.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Determined, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality and timely work.
- Able to collaborate with vendors and other teams to resolve issues.
