OEMが新たに導入を検討しているAI Agentを使ったサービス / アプリケーションを開発するプロジェクトのバイリンガルプロジェクトマネージャ (PMO) を募集しております。 ECU開発等の車載システムやコネクテッドカー / モバイル等の開発経験に基づく技術的知見、最新技術の学習能力を要求されるとともに、OEM社内の複数部門 (ECU部門、ソフトウェア部門、企画部門、法務部門等) 、ECUサプライヤ、ソフトウェアベンダ、クラウド / サーバベンダ等と整合しながらプロジェクトを主体的に推進する役割です。 OEMとのコミュニケーションは日本語主体ですが、社内及び一部のサプライヤとのコミュニケーションに英語が必要な場合があります。
Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (PMO) to lead brand-new In-Vehicle AI Agent Services / Applications development project for OEM. This role requires technical expertise based on experience in developing in-vehicle systems (such as ECU development) as well as connected cars and mobile applications, along with the ability to learn the latest technologies. The position involves proactively driving the project forward while coordinating with multiple departments within the OEM (including the ECU, software, planning, and legal departments), ECU suppliers, Software vendors, Cloud / Server vendors, etc. Communication with the OEM will primarily be in Japanese, but English may be required for communication within the company and with some suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- OEMの新規AI Agentサービス / アプリケーション開発プロジェクトのプロジェクト推進。
- AI Agentサービス / アプリケーションの企画検討への参画。
- プロジェクトチャーター作成、計画策定、品質・コスト・リソース・期限・リスク管理。
- OEM社内、および、(ECU部門、ソフトウェア部門、企画部門、法務部門等) 、ECUサプライヤ、ソフトウェアベンダ、クラウド / サーバベンダ等のステークホルダ管理。
- Quest Global社内のステークホルダ管理。
- Project management for brand-new OEM AI agent service and application development projects.
- Participation in the planning of the AI Agent services and applications.
- Creating project charters, developing plans, and managing quality, costs, resources, deadlines, and risks.
- Stakeholder management within the OEM (including the ECU, software, planning, and legal departments, among others), as well as with external stakeholders such as ECU suppliers, software vendors, and cloud/server vendors.
- Stakeholder management within Quest Global.

Work Experience

- Must Have
- ECU開発経験8年以上。
- ECU開発あるいはソフトウェア開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上。
- AI / 機械学習を用いたサービス / アプリケーションの仕組みの概要理解。
- UDS（ISO 14229）、CAN、およびDoIP通信プロトコルに関する高い専門知識。
- 車両のE/Eアーキテクチャ、ネットワーク管理、電源モード、およびシステムレベルの統合に関する知識。
- 優れた分析力、技術的リーダーシップ、およびステークホルダ管理能力。
- 関係するステークホルダを巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進する能力。
- さまざまな役割を担うステークホルダと足並みを揃えるための、優れたコミュニケーション能力。
- 8+ years of experience in automotive ECU development.
- 3+ years of experience in ECU development or software development project management.
- General understanding of how services and applications that use AI and machine learning work.
- Strong expertise in UDS (ISO 14229), CAN, and DoIP communication protocols.
- Knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture, network management, power modes, and system-level integration.
- Strong analytical, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong determination to drive the project forward by engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Strong communication ability to align with stakeholders of different roles.
