Take the lead in transforming our internal communication landscape! As the Communication Manager, you will design and execute strategies that not only support OBS objectives but also empower and engage our teams across the globe.

• Establish, propose, and implement the site's internal communication strategy and plan, supporting OBS priorities and objectives.
• Maintain the Global Communication Governance.
• Ensure the provision of comprehensive, coordinated, and efficient internal communication messages and campaigns that facilitate transformation programs and site initiatives.
• Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines within the organization across all mediums in collaboration with the Brand team.
• Contribute to best practices and lessons learnt sharing within the Communications team and externally.
• Promote a Digital Way of working and communicating, owning the animation communications network.
• Ensure timely, regular, and successful communications of site initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.
• Produce monthly content for newsletters, plaza, and website updates.
• Represent MSC in Editorial Committees and liaise with the international communication network team for editorial and events initiatives globally and locally.
• Lead and proactively oversee existing internal communication mediums, including push mails, newsletters, slideware, intranets, social media, videos, radios, and events.
• Create and maintain the site’s Plazza space aligned with OBS strategy and compliant with Orange branding.
• Support sites' organizations for prompt Crisis and Emergency Communications.
• Assist in business-driven requests and undertake any other task assigned by the Site Leader office.
• Define, implement, and develop new multichannel campaigns for People-related initiatives, engaging teams and strengthening the sense of belonging.
• Establish the first structuration for Public and PR.

You hold a university degree with a strong track record in communication, marketing, and social media. With at least 5 years of experience supporting internal communications within a similar industry, you possess a blend of excellent technical skills, including proficiency in the office suite, front-end web design, UI, Adobe suite, and understanding of Jive. Your effective oral and written communication skills, along with your adaptability to an international environment, make you a people-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic settings.

• Possessing a university degree in communication, marketing, or related fields, complemented by proven work experience.
• Demonstrating strong technical proficiency with office suite tools, front-end web design, UI, and Adobe suite; knowledge of Jive is a plus.
• Exhibiting an understanding of communication strategies across various platforms, particularly social media.
• Following branding protocols consistently in all communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Capable of producing high-quality content for multiple communication channels, including newsletters, intranets, and web platforms.

• Exhibiting excellent oral and written communication skills, with a knack for conveying messages effectively to diverse audiences.
