To join as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), current NMC registration is required, along with an understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. You'll need experience in creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. A dedicated and compassionate nature combined with a person-centered approach to nursing is essential.

Qualifications Essential
