Full Time RMN / Care Coordinator
We are looking to recruit an experienced mental health nurse to our small busy team.
The role will suit you if you enjoy
multidisciplinary working fast pace work and taking initiative working closely with service users and their families collaborative care planning and risk management
Please note this role is hospital site based - no regular remote working

Caseload Management and Care Coordination
Individual and group work to support assessment and treatment

Qualifications Essential
oDip/BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing
Desirable
Phlebotomy
Qualifications Essential
oCurrently Registered with appropriate professional body

Evidence of further relevant post qualification training Practice Assessor training
Experience Essential
oPost registration experience as a Mental Health nurse preferably in a mental health setting working with older adults with functional and organic mental health needs.

Experience of working with Older Adults Experience of carrying out assessments independently including risk assessment and mental capacity assessment Experience of Care Coordination Experience of carrying out individual work and group work
