Main duties of the job This Band 5 MSK Physiotherapist position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life. As part of the Physiotherapy team, you will provide highquality care in MSK Outpatient and Community services, assessing and treating diverse patient cases with evidence-based physiotherapy interventions following best practices. Your role includes contributing to training and professional development, continuously improving service delivery and patient outcomes. You will deliver effective, patientcentered physiotherapy, adhering to CSP standards and national and local policies. The position involves managing clinical practice autonomously, participating in audits and quality improvements, and encouraging patient engagement and self-management. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across Wiltshire, potentially working on-call, extended hours, and weekends as needed. The position is based in Trowbridge Community Hospital and offers a Band 5 AfC salary with NHS Pension and full Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

Qualifications Essential
The essential qualifications for this role include HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist, a Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Physiotherapy, completion of recognised physiotherapy student placements, evidence of ongoing CPD and reflective practice appropriate to the role, experience treating MSK, respiratory, and orthopaedic patients (at student or qualified level), experience delivering classbased treatment or rehabilitation programmes, and experience contributing to clinical and/or operational audits. Desirable criteria include membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP), MSK, community, or acutebased work experience or training, completion of accredited training courses, experience of working in Band 5 rotational posts, previous experience working within the NHS, and experience working within a communitybased physiotherapy service.
