Main Responsibilities
As aHealthcare Assistant, youll provide kind and respectful care in line with individual care plans, supporting patients under the guidance of a registered practitioner.Your role is centred on the patientensuring their voice is heard and involving them, and their carers, in decisions about their care.
Working within an inpatient setting, youll help deliver day-to-day support, monitor wellbeing, and maintain a safe, clean environment.Youll play a key part in promoting independence, encouraging recovery, and ensuring each persons needs and preferences are understood and respected.
As a valued member of a multi-professional team, youll carry out delegated tasks with compassion, communication, and attention to detailhelping to create a positive and supportive experience for every patient.

Experience of community working Experience of the NHS. Experience of work in an acute or urgent health care setting Basic wound care knowledge and skills Current full driving license and use of a car during working hours.
