Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SAP CO Consultant to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities

A successful SAP CO Consultant combines deep expertise in management accounting, costing, profitability analysis, and financial controlling processes with strong SAP S/4HANA configuration skills. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor to finance and controlling teams, ensuring accurate cost allocation, profitability visibility, financial performance management, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA, Postgraduate degree, or specialization in Finance, Controlling, Cost Management, or ERP Systems is desirable.
• SAP certifications in SAP CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or Management Accounting are highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant.
• implementation, rollout, support (AMS), or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
• Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country SAP environments is desirable.
• Functional Expertise: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Cost Object Controlling.
• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture, Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Experience with Margin Analysis, Familiarity with, Embedded Analytics and Fiori applications, Understanding of Central Finance concepts is desirable and Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodologies.
• Business Process Knowledge: Cost accounting and management accounting principles, Budgeting and forecasting processes, Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Manufacturing costing methodologies, Profitability and margin management, Financial closing processes, Variance analysis and performance management.
• Technical Skills: SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration, Functional specifications for developments and enhancements, Data migration and master data concepts, Testing management (SIT, UAT, Regression Testing), Fiori Apps related to Financial Controlling, SAP Query, Embedded Analytics, and reporting tools, Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager is desirable.
• Consulting and Project Skills: Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, Gather and document business requirements, Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Support solution design and process optimization, Coordinate testing and user training activities, Support cutover and go-live activities and Provide post-go-live and AMS support.
