Job Description
Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Finance Analyst to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities of accountants across LATAM client accounts.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes for Brazilian and LATAM entities.
- Review and validate journal entries and reconciliations compliant with BR GAAP and local standards.
- Support the Finance Manager in multi-country financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure team collaboration with clients and cross-functional stakeholders in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7-9 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a LATAM service provider environment.
- Knowledge of BR GAAP, IFRS, and Brazilian/LATAM financial regulations.
- Fluent Portuguese and Spanish, proficient English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software for multi-country operations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shared services model.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
