Job Description
Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with a Senior Data Engineering Tech Lead profile to join our team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures.
- Experience with Power BI and analytical data modeling.
- Knowledge of systems integration and APIs.
- Experience with DevOps and DataOps practices.
- Strong background in technical leadership and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, security, and architecture best practices.
- Experience working with Agile teams and technical backlog management.
- Basic Spanish communication skills.
- Experience supporting scalable enterprise data and analytics platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of data and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture, integration, security, and data standards.
- Translate business needs into clear and scalable technical requirements.
- Guide Data Engineers, BI Developers, and other technical resources within the team.
- Manage technical priorities, platform improvements, and technical debt.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and governance across solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Architects, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support technical decision-making, risk assessment, and solution design.
- Ensure that solutions deliver business value while remaining scalable and sustainable.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
