Responsibilities
- JD review and initial intake call with hiring managers per requisitions
- Posting jobs on country specific job boards
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates and presenting the candidates for hiring manager review
- Interview scheduling of the shortlisted candidates
- Timely communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Required skills
- 2-3 year of experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels (LinkedIn and job boards)
- Engineering and IT positions
- Fluent in French (C1 level) and English
- Experience and knowledge of recruiting for a manufacturing client in Europe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
- Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
