As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while inspiring and developing your team.
This is more than a supervisory role. It's an opportunity to build leadership experience, influence daily operations, and contribute to the success of some of Sweden's leading hotels.
You will act as the bridge between hotel management, housekeeping staff, and OMNILS leadership while helping maintain exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire your housekeeping team
Plan daily operations and allocate responsibilities efficiently
Ensure exceptional cleaning quality and service standards
Conduct quality inspections and provide feedback
Support employee development and training
Collaborate closely with hotel management and reception teams
Monitor schedules, attendance, and reporting
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
Step into operations when needed and lead by example
Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is positive, reliable, flexible and motivated by helping others succeed.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of housekeeping experience within hotels
Previous experience leading or supervising a team
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Swedish and/or English
Driving license is an advantage
Valid work permit in Sweden or Swedish citizenship
