About the Role
- This is a new role, and the first of its kind for Lush in APAC.
- You will be the link between our APAC operations and the digital teams who build and run our platforms.
- You will take a vision and will work out what it means for our systems, teams, customers and processes.
- You'll turn it into detailed, comprehensive plans that our dev teams can build from.
- The work will cover a mix of ecommerce and retail systems including (but not limited to!) our loyalty programme, point of sale and stock systems, web and app ecommerce platforms, manufacturing systems, and internal tools.
- This is a hands-on role that is part technical mastery and part communications expert, all with a project management flair.
- As well as working with stakeholders, you will spend time deep in our platforms and data, testing changes, finding ways forward, and looking into issues yourself before they reach engineering.
- This role is based in Sydney and will be working with market teams across the region as well as with Lush Digital colleagues in the UK, Europe, and North America.
- Work closely with Digital leadership , stakeholders and developers to bring vision to reality Work with stakeholders across our APAC markets to determine the requirements for changes to legal, financial, technical and operational processes.
- Create, manage and maintain detailed tickets of work for our development teams.
- Capture, analyse and document requirements , then support communication and delivery.
- Assess how new features and products will affect our systems , processes and data, both local and global.
- Carry out cost-benefit analysis, including the associated risks.
- Support administration and configuration of platforms Test changes before they go live , and look into issues before escalation Identify where we can use the systems and features we already have before building something new.
