Esland's Grantham School is a specialist setting for children and young people with social, emotional, special educational and mental health needs, supporting ages 8 to 16.
- You will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to pupils, to include (but not limited to): Planning and delivering engaging lessons, including core curriculum, health and well being, relationships and real world values Support pupils’ academic and personal development through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) Contribute to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Work closely with colleagues, families, and external agencies Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times Whilst this job description gives a reasonable overview of the post, it is not exhaustive, and the post holder will be expected to behave in a flexible manner and take on any other duties that may be reasonably delegated from time to time.
