Position Overview
- As a Kitchen Assistant , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our banquet operations by supporting the team in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation standards, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
- Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Perform general kitchen duties such as dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Support catering operations by organizing and transporting food items and supplies to various locations.
- Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations, working alongside the culinary team.
