Japan Program Assistant 日本プログラムアシスタント The Japan Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Head of the Japan Team in advancing Climate Bonds' mission to accelerate climate transition and resilience finance in Japan. The role is responsible for providing operational assistance to the team activities, including management of events and meeting schedules, client relations (financial institutions, governments, NGOs, etc.), database, expenses, travel arrangements, publication and communications. 日本における気候ファイナンスの促進という CBI のミッションを支えるた め、日本統括責任者をはじめとするチーム員を事務面からサポートする About CBI クライメート・ボンド・イニシアチブ（CBI）は、気候変動対策に向けた 資本動員を促進する国際的な非政府組織（NGO）です。科学的根拠に基 づくフレームワーク（タクソノミー、基準、認証制度）やデータ分析、 政策・技術助言を通じ、グリーンおよびサステナブル債市場の拡大を牽 引しています。
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments to support the effective coordination of team activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate event planning, meeting logistics, and domestic and international travel arrangements to ensure the smooth delivery of programme activities.
- Maintain and update databases, contact records, and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation and distribution of reports, briefing materials, and other communications related to climate transition and resilience finance.
- Provide day to day administrative and operational support across multiple workstreams and initiatives.

- 3. 金融機関、政府機関、NGO などとの連絡や関係構築のサポート
- 4. 連絡先データベースや各種記録、経費情報の管理
- 5. 報告書、プレゼン資料、出版物、広報資料などの作成・配布のサポート
- 6. その他、日本チームの諸活動に関する様々な日常事務・運営の支援 ポジションです。
チームの活動が円滑に進むよう、イベントや会議の日程調整、金融機 関・政府機関・NGO などの関係者との連絡・調整、各種データベースや 経費の管理、出張手配、出版・広報発信など、幅広い業務を補佐・支援 いただきます。また、CBI の英国本部をはじめ、世界各国のチームメンバーや関係者との 連絡・調整を行っていただく機会があります。
