- As a Senior Wheel Technician , you won’t just fix cars - you’ll own what “good” looks like across all cosmetic disciplines, mentor restoration technicians, and set the benchmark for quality.
- Set the standard: Own quality across wheels, paint touch-ups, upholstery, tint, glass, and interior polish.
- Coach & certify: Guide technicians, assess their competency and run regular quality checks.
- Lead on the tools: Tackle the toughest repairs alongside the crew to showcase top-tier craftsmanship.
- Keep it moving: Ensure work hits production turnaround times without cutting corners on finish or safety.
- Take pride: Run a safe, spotless workshop and treat every vehicle like your own.
