About this role
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help define and deliver impactful technology solutions that improve the healthcare experience for providers, patients, and payers. This role will partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to identify user needs, prioritize product enhancements, and execute against the product roadmap. The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain knowledge with strong product execution skills and is passionate about understanding end-user workflows, translating insights into product requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Lead product discovery efforts by engaging directly with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions. Create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Engineering teams. Partner closely with Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management. Manage product backlogs and workflows using Jira and other Agile product management tools.
Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring product functionality meets business and user requirements prior to release. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new product capabilities. Maintain a high standard of quality, organization, and attention to detail across all phases of the product lifecycle.
