About this role
- The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.
- This individual will perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment as well as assisting with facility maintenance tasks as required.
- Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday Perform comprehensive cleaning of facility areas, including floors, bathrooms, and common spaces, following established sanitation procedures.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning ceiling vents, light fixtures, walls, and other hard-to-reach areas.
- Prepare areas for cleaning by moving or covering furniture, equipment, and other items as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including painting, patching walls, and basic plumbing tasks.
- Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals, solutions, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist with additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as required.
- Complete sanitation logs and documentation to track cleaning activities and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
