- 1.依照施工計畫書與工程圖說執行建造作業，掌控工程進度並回報施工狀況。 2.工地現場管理：負責工地現場的人員調度、機具管理、材料預訂與進場管控。 3. 施工品質與安衛督導：落實施工品質檢查、勞工安全衛生事項督導、公共環境與安全維護。 4.工務行政與日誌填報：按日填報施工日誌、彙整工務與驗收文件、辦理工程估驗計價及緊急異常狀況通報。 5.廠商與業主協調：與分包廠商、工班溝通協調工法與工序，並對接業主或主管機關相關需求。 6.具小客車駕照
