About this role
- 1.執行分條裁切製程安全運作、產率、良率與設備妥善率之維護及提升。 2.產品材料準備、投入產出、包裝、品質及環境維護、設備之條件設定操作等。 3.執行維護生產製程作業資料、分析比對，品質檢測及異常分析、排除處理、預防改善等措施。 4.須配合輪班、加班及排休。輪班津貼與加班津貼另計。 5.輪班制-日班:08:00~16:00; 中班:分為二個時段，A段班12:00~20:00；B段班16:00~00:00 大夜班:00:00~08:00
