About this role
- 1.提供日間照顧中心長者之身體照顧服務(如:服藥、如廁、個人衛生、移動與安全維護)。 2.提供日常生活照顧服務(如:餐點準備與協助、環境清潔、午休與活動安全維護)。 3.規劃並帶領長者進行健康促進活動、認知訓練、文藝休閒與復健運動，延緩失能。 4.觀察長者當日身心健康狀況，並填寫日間照顧日常記錄。
