About this role
- 1.團隊管理：帶領並指導 4-5 位機構工程師，進行工作調度、績效考核與技術傳承。 2.技術審查：負責機構圖面審查（能獨立審圖），確保設計圖面之正確性、可製造性（DFM）與加工成本控制。 3.客戶溝通：直接對接客戶，進行技術檢討、圖面與設計方向討論，並精準捕捉客製化需求。 4.跨部門協調：與軟體PLC、電控、配管工程、生管及現場組裝等跨部門溝通協商，確保專案時程與品質。 5.專案管理：管控設備開發進度，從設計、發包、組裝調試到客戶端驗收。
