About this role
- 1. 負責推動、維護與持續改善系司品質良率。 2. 制定與修正進料(IQC)、製程(IPQC)、成品出貨(OQC)的檢驗規範、標準作業程序(SOP)及品質指標(KPI)。 3. 主導品質異常客訴事件調查，協助改善並進行分析，與廠內生產執行改善對策。 4. 定期主持品質檢討會議，針對客訴、報廢、內部不良等數據進行統計分析，提出品質提升方案與預防措施。。 5. 管理與指導品檢人員，加強品檢培訓，提升量測儀器應用及圖面視圖能力。 6.其它主管交辦事項。
