- Job Purpose Develop technical and behavioural competence through professional courses, self-study, on job training and mentoring.
- Familiarize themselves with Qatargas operating policies, procedures and processes, the working environment, data sources and mode of operation.
- Deliver division activities by applying developed knowledge and skills.
- Regular interface with others and provide routine information and advice.

- Learn to perform functional duties, gathering of data and assigned tasks under guidance and supervision of assigned mentor / coach.
- Perform division activities by applying developed knowledge and skills.
- Work with the mentor / coach to understand the development plan and associated training requirements.
- Attend recommended formal training and demonstrate benefits by applying knowledge in the workplace.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts, specifications and standards of Qatargas by applying them in work completed and presentations to others.
- Demonstrate awareness and commitment to safety through personal actions.
- Regular interface and coordinate with relevant employees and provide routine information and advice.
- Produce periodic routine internal / external reports; assist in providing necessary analysis supporting details and in report preparation.
- Qualifications Qatari National Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- GPA 2.5 and above No previous work experience Knowledge and/or Experience - I Entry level position for a National graduate with no experience . Technical and Business Skills - I Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient keyboard and PC skills.
