Job Summary
- Director of Operations Role Summary The Director of Operations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for translating organizational vision into effective, scalable operations.
- This role ensures operational excellence across the business by driving efficiency, managing resources, developing high-performing teams, and executing initiatives that improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across departments to ensure seamless execution, consistency, and compliance.
- Establish operational standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Financial & Business Management Develop and manage operating budgets.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support forecasting and decision-making.
- Partner with finance leadership to support profitability initiatives.
- Leadership & Talent Development Build and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Support professional development and succession planning.
- Strategic Planning & Execution Translate strategy into operational plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop policies and procedures aligned to long-term goals.
- Technology & Systems Optimization Oversee ERP, CRM, and workflow systems.
- Ensure systems support data-driven decision making.
- Stakeholder Management Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted operational advisor.
- Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or senior leadership roles with demonstrated success managing budgets, teams, and complex initiatives.
- Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.
