Tasks & Responsibilities
- 1.Health & Safety Compliance Ensure operations comply with applicable Health & Safety regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Corporate Health & Safety policies and standards.
- 2. Inspection, Incident Investigation & Risk Assessment Conduct workplace inspections, site surveys, and assessments for existing operations and new projects.
- Review site risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
- 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and analyze Health & Safety performance, incidents, trends, and corrective actions across operational sites.
- Support the preparation of HSE performance presentations and management review materials.
- 4. Strategic Programs & Continuous Improvement Develop and coordinate Health & Safety programs, campaigns, and improvement initiatives.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of Health & Safety practices across operational sites.| 5.
- Training & Communication Identify training needs and coordinate Corporate Health & Safety training and awareness programs.
- 6. Emergency Preparedness Monitor and review site emergency preparedness, response plans, drills, and improvement actions.
- Coordinate with site Health & Safety representatives to ensure emergency response arrangements are implemented and maintained.
- 7. Audit & Site Coordination Coordinate and participate in internal and external Health & Safety audits.
- Provide guidance and technical support to site Health & Safety representatives, including support for new projects and customer requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 1. Minimum Diploma Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role, preferably in logistics, warehousing or transportation management operations. Possess General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) certification or equivalent HSE certification.
- 3. Good understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and requirements.
- 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HSE reporting systems.
- 5. Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- 6. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
