**Meet Our Client**
We are seeking compassionate and reliable healthcare assistants to join a 2:1 care team, providing personalised care for a gentleman in his 30s in his home in Leigh.
He enjoys following Manchester United, listening to Elvis Presley, and watching his favourite TV series. He also loves getting out into the community, going for meals, socialising, and enjoying time with his care team. He especially appreciates carers who bring good humour and enjoy sharing a laugh.
In this role youll manage his clinical interventions, and assist with meal preparation, household tasks, daily routines, and support his engagement in the local community.
Night shifts will involve supporting his bedtime routine, offering reassurance and companionship, monitoring clinical needs, and responding promptly to ensure he remains comfortable, safe, and settled throughout the night.

**What Youll Need**
* 3 months care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
* Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
* Flexibility to work both days and night shifts

Job description Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained

Experience Essential
Assist with personal care Tracheostomy Suctioning Moving and handling Medication administration
Desirable
Females only Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
