About this role
- 1. Lead the maintenance of Group MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all levels of the organization.
- 2. Oversee all data management for ER / Ofin / Power BI / Cognos for various Management Reporting.
- 3. Collaborate with cross brands on Cognos Projection for smooth closure of Projection activities.
- 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- 5. Oversee data consolidation from various sources, perform data analysis, and generate insightful reports to support business performance evaluation and planning.
- 6. Provide training and support to end-users on MIS/Cognos/Excel /Power BI tools and processes, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization
- 7. Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs, delivering actionable insights to support business performance
