The Executive will lead the CLM Domestic Diversified | Inbound department, shaping business strategy, managing key client accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of contract lifecycle management services. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, data‑driven decision making, and a focus on continuous improvement to meet revenue and service quality targets.
- Develop and execute the department's strategic plan aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage and grow relationships with domestic inbound clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including workflow optimization and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and product teams to deliver integrated CLM solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify market trends and propose new service offerings to expand the portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and coordinators, fostering professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data analytics and best practices.
- Represent Digitide Solutions at industry events and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management or related inbound services.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
