Our care is provided free of charge to anyone who requires it however it is not free of cost and we rely on donations from our community and through our shops.

Overgate Hospice is committed to making our specialist care available to as many people as possible and we continue to identify and implement innovative ways to increase our reach. In the last year we have cared for more local people, and their families than ever before, with a widening breadth of illnesses. But we know we can do more. Our new Inpatient Unit, increasing the number of beds we have, as well as redeveloping our Day Hospice to better suit the changing palliative needs of our community, is well on its way and will be opening soon.
