Job summary <p><strong><em>Shape specialist ADHD care and change outcomes for adults.</em></strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Adult ADHD service. The postholder will provide expert clinical care to adults presenting with ADHD, including assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment, while also considering associated mental health needs. You will work closely with patients to develop personalised care plans that support their wellbeing, independence, and long-term outcomes.</p><p>The role involves close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high-quality, patient-centred service. In addition to core clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to clinical leadership, service development, teaching, supervision, and quality improvement activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist who is committed to improving adult ADHD care and making a meaningful impact on service delivery and patient experience.</p><h5>Location, Hours and Salary</h5><p>The post will be based at <strong>Amesbury Health Centre in Salisbury, Wiltshire</strong> and is offered on a <strong>40-hour per week contract.</strong> The role offers a competitive salary in line with the NHS Consultant pay framework, ranging from <strong>£109,725 to £145,478 per annum</strong>, depending on experience and l
