Main Responsibilities
As Sexual Health Service Manager, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team delivering a comprehensive, highquality sexual health service across Cheshire West and Chester. You will be accountable for operational delivery, performance, quality, finance and workforce, ensuring services meet contractual, regulatory and patient expectations.
You will act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining robust governance arrangements. You will foster a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported, developed and engaged, and where patient experience is at the heart of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:

Person Specification:
Essential Current CQC Registered Manager Significant experience leading teams within health or social care Proven experience managing KPIs, contracts and complex performance data Strong financial and budget management experience Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills Experience implementing and leading change across services Demonstrable track record of delivering safe, effective and wellgoverned services Ability to work autonomously and make sound operational and strategic decisions Confident using IT systems and digital reporting tools Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicleDesirable Degree or postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience Extensive experience in health or social care management at a senior level Experience leading largescale change or service transformation Knowledge of community health or sexual health services Experience of service marketing, innovation or business developmenCandidates must be available for an in-person interview on 1st June 2026.
