Maintenance Technician (Mobile Facilities)
We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial office buildings. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in building maintenance, HVAC support, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs who enjoys working independently and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Replace lighting, filters, belts, and other building components
- Complete facility inspections and safety assessments
- Perform general interior and exterior repairs
- Respond to tenant service requests and work orders
- Accurately document completed work using a CMMS
Qualifications
- 1+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work from ladders
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
