Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Workforce Health Call Center Representative operates all aspects of a fast-paced multidisciplinary department in Workforce Health. This includes high volume phone calls to and from multiple client sources, management of multiple scheduling software systems, ability to multi-task and exceptional communication skills. Data entry and equipment tracking included.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates proactive organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Skilled in computer use, keyboarding, and handling high-volume phone calls. EPIC and Agility knowledge preferred.
