We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team at Gatwick IRC, located in Gatwick.
The ANP will support primary care services, assist GPs, and work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead to provide advanced clinical practice and leadership Hours
The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns
Flexible - 5 Day per week (including some weekend working)
Salary
Salary ranges between £59,677 - £66,792 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will
Need expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems. This multi-disciplinary team is made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mental health, and substance misuse practitioners. You will act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is applied to patient care. Registered Nurse - NMC only Evidence of Continued Professional Development Masters in Advanced Practice or equivalent Recognised prescribing qualification Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
