AR Specialist with English
Infosys Bucharest - Hybrid 3/2
We are looking for a candidate with:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a customer-facing role
English at C1 level
Good understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes
Knowledge of Cash Application and cash collection (including voice collection) processes
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills and ability to manage daily priorities independently
Confidence in communicating with customers by phone and email
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with AX, Oxaion or MS Dynamics would be an advantage
Your key activities
Communicating with customers by phone and email regarding invoices, payments and outstanding balances
Performing cash collection activities, including following up on outstanding payments and managing open items
Performing Cash Application and Order Release activities
Supporting Credit Limit Review activities
Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
Processing customer refunds and maintaining payment-related information
Preparing standard daily, weekly and monthly AR reports
Cooperating with other teams and internal stakeholders to resolve customer and payment-related queries
