Our client, an established sales and marketing company in Dartford, is expanding its team and looking for new Sales Advisors to join them.
Specialising in face-to-face field sales within residential environments, they represent established brands while supporting customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness and delivering a high standard of customer service.
The company's mission is to connect customers with their clients' brands, creating long-lasting relationships while providing a supportive, friendly and motivated environment where individuals can work towards their professional and personal goals.
Requirements
- Age & Right to Work: Must be 18 or over and eligible to work full-time in the UK.
- Availability: Able to commit to 4–5 full working days per week, Monday–Saturday.
- Long-Term Commitment: Seeking a long-term opportunity. Not suitable for current students (School/College/University) or international students.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills with a friendly, approachable and confident personality.
- Attitude: Positive, motivated, target-driven and persistent.
- Location & Experience: Able to commute to Slade Green daily. Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Residential Sales: Engage directly with customers through face-to-face field sales within residential environments.
- Customer Acquisition: Represent established brands, introduce their products or services and support interested customers through the sales process.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with others to refine sales pitches and develop your individual customer approach.
- Customer Service: Deliver a professional customer experience while building rapport and answering customer questions.
- Brand Promotion: Communicate campaign and product benefits clearly while supporting brand awareness.
- Meetings & Events: Participate in daily meetings and optional social activities with the wider team.
