The OpportunityOur partner is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help define how new products and features are brought to market. Historically, the company has moved quickly on product innovation and is now investing heavily in the storytelling, positioning, and distribution side of product launches.
This role is highly cross-functional and combines elements of product marketing, growth marketing, launch strategy, customer storytelling, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone comfortable building launch narratives, coordinating campaigns, working directly with customers, and helping the market understand why new product releases matter.

ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with product and growth teams to plan and execute product launchesDevelop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market narratives for new features and productsOwn and manage launch distribution across channels including LinkedIn, email, customer communications, and digital campaignsBuild customer stories, case studies, and product narratives through direct customer conversationsCoordinate external launch initiatives including creative assets, influencer partnerships, and marketing campaignsSupport sales enablement efforts through materials such as battle cards and launch documentationManage customer newsletters and ongoing product communication initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, growth, and leadership teams
Requirements2–6 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related marketing role within a technology or startup environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear customer valueHands-on, execution-oriented mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced startup environmentsExperience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating launches or campaignsAbility to work onsite in New York City five days per weekStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startupBackground in B2B SaaS, sales technology, or AI-driven productsExperience creating customer-facing marketing content, launch campaigns, or sales enablement materialsStrong academic background or demonstrated history of high achievement
