2 X Night Concierge

Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours
7:00pm – 7:00am | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
We are currently recruiting for two professional and customer-focused Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Concierge, Front of House professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards within a residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional front of house service to residents and visitor
- Manage resident enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor access control and maintain building security.
- Receive and distribute parcels and deliveries.
- Coordinate contractor and visitor access.
- Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and handover notes.
- Work closely with the building management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Concierge, Front of House, Reception or Hospitality role.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work on your own initiative.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Right to work in the UK.
