Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am - Early Finish
Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Construction Labourer to join a busy property company working on a variety of refurbishment and renovation projects across Hull and the surrounding area.
This is a hands-on role supporting skilled tradespeople with property renovation works, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with previous construction site experience who enjoys a varied working day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople including joiners, plumbers, electricians and builders
- Removing existing flooring, fixtures, fittings and walls as required
- Stripping out properties in preparation for refurbishment works
- Preparing work areas for new installations
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
- General site labouring and housekeeping duties
- Ensuring work areas are kept safe, tidy and organised
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous construction or labouring experience
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
