The company is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Outreach Manager of Growth + Partnerships, preferred location Boulder, CO.
This is a high-impact, externally facing role focused on proactively driving new business, building meaningful partnerships, and expanding the footprint across the Natural CPG landscape. The ideal candidate brings a deep network, relentless drive, and a passion for discovering and building the next generation of brands.
Objectives / Responsibilities of this RoleWork side by side with the CGO to turn big picture strategy into real, executable revenue plans across every growth lane.Proactively hunt, qualify, and move deals forward. This is an outbound, relationship-driven role across:Enterprise and emerging brandsThe company's data platformFuture service offerings and revenue modelsStrategic partnershipsTake ownership of early-stage growth from opportunity discovery through a qualified, actively moving pipeline, including:Utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS) to identify and target the right brandsConverting outreach and introductions into active deal flowQualifying opportunity size and strategic fitKeeping the pipeline staged, healthy, and movingDriving opportunities through to closeBe a face and voice of the organization in the Natural CPG world, showing up, building trusted relationships, opening doors, and expanding reach.Stay deeply plugged into emerging growth channels across Natural CPG, including DTC brands, creator-led brands, and social platforms, translating trends into actionable partnership and revenue opportunities.Build deep, trusted relationships across internal teams, executive leadership at brand partners, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.Identify and execute opportunities within the current portfolio to expand into broader coverage models.Collaborate on creative, value-add propositions to unlock growth.Help build and sharpen the selling tools that win business, including:Pitch decks for new revenue streamsPartnership decksEnterprise brand sales materialsExecutive and board-level growth presentationsROI models and value proposition collateralKeep a tight pulse on the business through a pipeline of reporting in the CRM, tracking:Active opportunitiesRevenue potentialWin ratesTime to closePerformance by growth channel
