This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in short-form video and photo editing, who can help showcase the company’s projects and enhance its brand presence on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit 30–60 second Instagram Reels using raw job site footage and drone shotsApply cuts, music, text overlays, and pacing consistent with brand styleEdit photo albums using Lightroom with brand presetsApply color grading and deliver polished, client-ready photo setsCreate static posts and carousels in Canva using brand templatesOrganize raw files from shoots into a clean, consistent folder systemScout Instagram and TikTok for top-performing content in construction/tradesSupport with basic post scheduling and content calendar managementRequirements
Proficiency in CapCutProficiency in Lightroom (color grading + presets)Proficiency in CanvaExperience editing short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok format)Strong eye for pacing, music selection, and visual storytellingAbility to work independently with minimal directionNice to Have
