Job Overview Overseeing daily activities to ensure efficient handling, storage, transportation, and delivery of shipments and goods; suggests improvements to processes to increase efficiency.
- Job Requirements Lead daily warehouse receiving operations, including manpower allocation, goods receipt and material put-away.
- Ensure accurate verification of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Perform and monitor SAP transactions to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
- Manage receiving discrepancies, damaged materials and documentation issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing/Buyer and Production Planning to resolve material-related issues.
- Provide operational leadership and coordination support to the separate Kitting Team.
- Monitor kitting priorities, kit accuracy and on-time material readiness for production.
- Ensure material traceability, FIFO compliance, inventory accuracy and proper storage.
- Drive warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety compliance and continuous improvement.
- Supervise, guide and develop team members to achieve operational targets.
- What your background should look like Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.
- Hands-on experience in receiving, inventory control and material handling.
- SAP system experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of kitting operations, FIFO, lot traceability and warehouse safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Able to manage priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
