The RoleThe Enterprise Sales Executive – Healthcare will be responsible for developing new accounts within the healthcare sector and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish a strategic and tactical sales plan and ensure sales targets are metIdentify new opportunities in defined geographic and sector areasIdentify client-specific needs and conduct presentations, discussions, and demonstrationsCreate and prepare quotes, negotiate, and close dealsCoordinate with presales resources throughout the sales processManage the sales process from first contact to close and maintain client relationships for recurring opportunitiesReview market analysis to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales activities to support company goalsPartner with marketing on lead generation, campaigns, messaging, and case studiesRepresent the company at trade association meetings and trade showsSupport responses to RFPsReport opportunities and sales cycle status in SalesforceAnalyze and control expenditures to conform with budgetary requirementsPrepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential salesMaintain relevant competence regarding clients’ needs and our products and solutionsRequirements & Skills3+ years of experience in enterprise solutions sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas within the Healthcare sectorAbility to comfortably articulate solutions and value propositions with C-level audiencesStrong results orientationProven ability to negotiate and close dealsStrong strategic and tactical abilitiesStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with customer and workflow solutionsStrong understanding of computers, desktop software applications, and information technology solutionsOption to work from a home-based office, with frequent travel to the Atlanta-area office and across the Americas; must be willing to travel 50%Proximity to a major airport preferredAdditional SkillsProactive, customer-centric personality, displaying drive and initiative to complete tasksStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of management and other stakeholdersComfortable working virtually with teammates and customers around the world (we rely heavily on video conferencing for collaboration)Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAble to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment up to 30 pounds or moreOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
