South Florida B2B Partnership Sales RepresentativeAbout the roleGeeks OnSite is hiring a Business Development Representative to build partnerships with senior living and retirement communities across South Florida.
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business relationships, closing partnerships, and supporting long-term client engagement through onsite technology workshops for residents.
The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently in the field, building relationships with decision makers, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
What you will do
Business developmentIdentify and prospect senior living and retirement communities in South FloridaReach out to decision makers such as executive directors and administratorsConduct onsite visits and relationship-building meetingsDevelop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunitiesSales executionLead the full sales cycle from first contact to closing agreementsPresent Geeks OnSite services and partnership value clearly and professionallyHandle objections and negotiate agreements with facility leadershipMaintain accurate CRM tracking and follow-up activityPost-sale engagementConduct onsite technology workshops for residents after partnerships are establishedEducate seniors on practical use of technology in a simple and engaging wayStrengthen long-term relationships with partner communitiesRequirements
2 to 5+ years in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory salesExperience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)Strong communication and presentation skillsProfessional presence and confidence in client-facing environmentsAbility to work independently and manage a territoryReliable personal transportationPreferred experienceHealthcare, senior living, or community partnership salesExperience with onsite presentations or group facilitationBackground in relationship-driven or field-based sales roles
