About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in facade paneling takeoffs and estimates. In this role, you will be a key part of our pre-construction workflow — turning architectural drawings into accurate material quantities and competitive bids, specifically ACM paneling, glass facade, and curtain wall scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed material takeoffs for facade systems — with primary focus on ACM paneling, architectural glass facades, curtain walls, and storefront assembliesRead and interpret shop drawings, architectural elevations, and project specifications to extract precise panel dimensions and quantitiesPrepare itemized estimates covering materials, labor, fasteners, glazing components, sub-framing, and ancillariesProduce organized takeoff reports and bid documents in Excel, PDF, or client-preferred formatsReview and cross-check all estimates for accuracy before submissionRequirements
What we're looking for:
Proven experiencein facade, cladding, or exterior envelope takeoffs and estimatingAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, shop drawings, and specs — especially for metal and glass systemsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for quantity tracking and estimatingWork closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.Benefits
