We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks, client communication, and business support operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to quickly learn and adapt to online tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and business operations.Respond to emails and communicate professionally with clients.Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.Organize schedules, follow-ups, and ongoing tasks.Assist with client coordination and general business support.Handle online research and quickly adapt to new platforms or systems as needed.Support SEO-related communication and understand basic SEO terminology when dealing with clients.Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new online tools and systems (“geshikt” with figuring things out quickly online). Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.Benefits
