Position Title: Enrollment Specialist (Remote)
Position Description:
RemoteVA operate a growing nationwide network of schools focused on high-quality early childhood education to families across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused remote Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team.
You'll answer inquiries by phone, email, and web, follow up with leads, schedule campus tours, and guide families from first contact through enrollment. You'll work closely with on-site school leaders and track everything in our CRM.
This is a fully remote role on US business hours. The role requires excellent spoken and written English skills, as most of your day will involve speaking with American families via phone, email, and web inquiries.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, chat, and website formsConduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and encourage enrollmentSchedule and coordinate campus tours with school administrators and on-site leadership teamsGuide families through the enrollment process, answering questions and providing accurate information about programs, tuition, and school policiesMaintain detailed and organized records of all interactions in the CRM systemManage a high volume of leads while ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-upBuild strong relationships with prospective families using a warm, engaging, and persuasive communication styleCollaborate closely with school leaders and admissions teams to support enrollment goalsTrack enrollment progress and provide updates regarding lead status and conversion activitiesMeet performance metrics related to response times, lead conversion, and enrollment targetsQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in customer service, admissions, call center support, or related fieldsPrevious experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or enrollment support preferredExceptional verbal and written English communication skillsConfident and professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentDetail-oriented with excellent follow-up and time management skillsExperience using CRM platforms; Salesforce CRM experience is highly preferredProficient with Google Workspace, email communication, and basic office toolsWork ScheduleFully RemoteMust be available to work during US business hoursIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is personable, proactive, organized, and passionate about helping families find the right educational environment for their children.
