Job Summary
This position is located at Dugway Proving Grounds in Dugway, UT. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. (AR 215-3 2-5). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Qualifications
- Resumes must be two pages (or less).
- Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
- A qualified candidate must possess the following: Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
- NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents.

Major Duties
- Sets up bar for operation, obtain cash bank and stock Bar.
- Keeps bar work area clean and orderly.
- Collect sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary.
- Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated
- Performs other duties as assigned.
